Elizabeth is a longtime Certified Yoga Instructor, Teacher Trainer and Yoga Therapist (IYAT).
She continues her lifelong study with Patricia Walden of Cambridge who she has trained extensively with her since 1976. She studied with BKS Iyengar in Pune, India and is the director of Yoga Bodhi Teacher Training, a 200 +500 hour Yoga Alliance Registered School in Marblehead, MA.
She is a Certified Professional Life Coach with CTI and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
She also holds Certifications in Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage and Meditation.
Elizabeth currently teaches all level classes, specialty seminars and private classes for those who wish to enhance their yoga experience and transform their lives. She teaches students with limitations and/or challenges, physically, mentally and emotionally using Yoga and Coaching techniques therapeutically.
Elizabeth has been an Adjunct Professor at North Shore Community College in Lynn & Danvers, Ma for the past 5 years, where she teaches "Yoga, Meditation and Stress Management", a 3 credit course.
