TESTIMONIALS:
"This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program offers students a detailed study of the yoga asanas as well as many broader aspects of yoga philosophy, leading to a well-rounded foundation for teaching or simply for deepening one's personal practice. The monthly training weekends provide an intensive period of hands-on study followed by several weeks to allow time for reflection, study, practice and integration. Elizabeth supports and challenges each student while creating a community of kindness, acceptance and growth."- Kacy Pierce
"I started this program with an interest in one thing, correct alignment of the postures. What I learned (and continue to learn) is so much more. The program does give the proper alignment, but also encouraged me to go beyond the postures and changed my view of yoga in a very positive way." Rosemary DeJoy
" I came to Elizabeth's training as a 9 year practitioner and 3 year teacher of yoga. I wanted to expand my knowledge of yoga for myself and for my students. There are plenty of trainings out there, but I chose Elizabeth's so I could study with her! Her knowledge, experience and gift for yoga is priceless. With her training you can take what you've learned and apply it to any style of yoga and beyond, to sports medicine, gymnastics, etc. I highly recommend this yoga training to practitioners and teachers alike. " -Anna Carlson
"I came to know Elizabeth O’Shea in a very special way. With a couple of telephone conversations, and without knowing much about Elizabeth, I just arrived at the doorsteps at her yoga school with a sleeping bag and a backpack, seeking to take her Yoga teacher’s training classes. I trusted and believed in her before even seeing her. She is my yoga Guru. Guru is someone who brings a profound change in you and/or in your life. Elizabeth with her in-depth knowledge in Yogasana and detail oriented teachings, trained me into a good yoga teacher. Her intelligent techniques, compassionate and healing touches helped me to recover from my severe lower back conditions, which I was suffering from at that time. Her methodical teaching and precision in Asanas brought great refinement in my asanas. Elizabeth is a great teacher and an amazing beacon in my yoga teaching career."
