Subject: Different Kinds of Diets

25

The two main types of diets that I am familiar with are normal diets, where people simply eats and drink anything, animal or not, healthy or not, aswell as the vegetarian diet. Am I correct about this? If the vegetarian diet is too broad, can you please tell me the different kinds of vegetarian diets? I want to find out which one is the most extreme, healthy, and natural.

Thank you!

Extreme and healthy/natural seldom go together.
