all i know is to stay away from oily and greasy things obviously lol. and the chocolate thing everyone thinks makes you break out is a myth... uhmm drink plenty of water because that hydrates your skin and makes it beautiful... eat plenty of fruits and vegies that contain vitamin C and D in them. and watch out for oily make up too... try true match foundation or something when u rub it in it turns powdery... hope this helps

To avoid or at least minimize the loss of hair, except fat, you should limit your intake of nicotine, alcohol, sugar, salt and caffeine. To compensate you can focus on the consumption of marine products as they are rich in iodine, a substance that stimulates hair growth. And i know that it is good to avoid white bread. Wish you good health, Mathew!

It is better to ask your dermatologist first or your family doctor.

But still the best option is to visit your dermatologist and consult about it.

To see the popularity of multivitamins you only have to go to a grocery store to see the rows of shelves stocked with products from a range of different manufacturers. But are they all good for your body. One of the best ways to know if a multivitamin is good is to look at the ingredients. NatureKue is one of the very few multivitamns which uses natural ingredients. They are pharmaceutical grade, of course, but they come from mother nature, not the lab. https://naturekue.com While natural is always the best choice, it is important to say also that multivitamins are never a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet. They work best when used in conjunction with a healthy diet.
