| I challenge hot/bik yoga teachers and students to use their skills to improve their yoga without heat unless from green providers.
Our class is now running without heat and its going well and smells less too! Some mates from that class even said they feel better without the heat. We are doing some great aerobic stuff too before and during with other bits. Its more fun and we all feel we are progressing more than before funnily enough. Il not give details where as Bikram may get on their case.
Look forward to hear of your adventures.

| Have fun in your cold Bikram class. As for me, I am going to drive my SUV 20 miles to my hot yoga class. Afterwards, I am going to wash all of my sweaty clothes (takes less than a full load, but why bother to wait). Maybe afterwards, I will go cut down some trees just for the heck of it. |

| Fermanus has got the idea! But why bother washing your clothes? I say, burn them up each time in a fire with high carbon emissions, all the while sucking down imported glacier water from one plastic bottle after another. From what I've been reading around here, practicing Bikram yoga is about on that same evilness scale ;-) |

| I do not think Bikram has a reason to challenge...his system is hot yoga...if you have a better system in the cold, as bikram would say "good for you!"
