Subject: Groin pull. stop practicing ?

Hi everyone..
Im a new practitioner and i love it. Ive been going at least six days a week for two months now.. However i just recently re pulled my groin playing dodgeball. I know what the heck am i doing playing dodgeball.. Anyway i found bikram because i injured my groin running. I do want to run again but i will always do bikram.

Im wondering what i should do. My groin doesnt seem to be getting worse when i practice but also its not really getting better.. I dont want to stop practicing but maybe that is what i need to do for a while. Has anyone had any experience with this type of injury ? Another question locking the knee or hyper extending are they one in the same ?
Thanks so much
