My directions on my neti pot say 1/8 teaspoon sea salt per z water which I heat to boiling and then let cool to my desired temperature. I like it warmer than room temp. It seems to clear out the sinuses much better warmer. I use it 2-3 times a week. Daily is not necessary unless you need to resolve a big problem. I've been using it for 2 yrs. It helps reduce my migraines. But recently I've been having problems with a foul smell in my nose-sort of a musty smell. I thought it was something in my house so I was deep cleaning but noone else could smell it. Finally realized the problem was in my nose. I discovered my sea salt bottle was musty so I threw it out and got a new one but the musty smell still comes back a couple day's after the cleanse. Has anyone experienced this? Or have any wisdom on why I'm having this. Thanks. Eagle
