Subject: Organic Sugar

This is a fast and easy recipe that uses Florida Crystals organic sugar. We’re the only brand of organic sugar that is grown in the US. It’s great because you can feel good about not only what you put in your body but the impact on the environment. Let me know what you think!

Field Green Salad with Champagne Vinagrette
Ingredients:
4 cups - field greens, organic if possible
1 cup - sliced strawberries
1 Tablespoon - grated fresh ginger root
2 Tablespoons - Florida Crystals® Certified Organic Sugar
1/2 cup - hazelnuts roasted for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven
1/4 cup - olive or walnut oil
1/4 cup - rasberry vinegar
Add sea salt to taste
Add pepper to taste

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients well and serve immediately.

Serving Quantity: 3 to 4
