| Heading to the UK for a week and wondering if anyone can recommend a studio in London? Near Earl's Court would be fantastic; also, will visit a non-Bik studio if someone can recommend one in this vicinity. Thanks in advance! |

Location: London | Hi joysweat, I can help! I live in London and have been to almost all the studios here.
The closest to Earl's Court is Bikram Yoga Fulham in Parson's Green. It is a really nice studio in very a nice area, and takes 5 minutes on the District line (or about 20 minutes walk) from Earl's Court. I used to be a regular at this one, and can recommend it.

If you're in Central London sightseeing or working then the Bikram Soho might be more convenient. It's a pretty new studio and also nice. It's a few minutes walk from Oxford Street (one of the main shopping areas).

There's also another studio on the District line a bit further west-Bikram Chiswick. It would probably take 10 minutes on the tube from EC.
There are quite a few other studios and they're all listed on the main Bikram website, but I think those 3 are going to be the most convenient for you. They all tend to do offers of £10 or £20 for 10 days.
Let me know if you want to know anything else about Bikram in London, or London in general |

| Shabs, thanks VERY much! This is my first time in London (other than Heathrow for hours) and it's just going to be a fun anniversary trip for my spousal unit and me. I guess if there's anything you can tell me about wheat-free, celiac-friendly restaurants or any 'local' tips, I'm all ears. Been so busy with work to prepare for this trip; will just throw a raincoat and a 'jumper' in my bag and get to know the city by tubing, walking, and trying to make a Bucky Palace guard break a grin (tourist, tourist!). |

Location: London | Aw have a great trip I don't know any places that are specifically wheat-free but can recommend a few healthy food places that will do wheat-free:
Leon is a chain doing tasty healthy lunch or dinner-branches in various places in the City. You will definitely find something there.

Natural Kitchen is pretty good-http://www.thenaturalkitchen.com/
The best could possibly be Borough Market, which is open on Fridays and Saturdays. Definitely worth getting a tube to London Bridge to walk around and sample all the food-it's near my work and I used to feed myself on Friday lunches by doing that It gets busy though so go early if you can (early is before 12.30). http://www.boroughmarket.org.uk/
Regent's Park is beautiful, and if the sun comes out you can go boating there. Hyde Park is pretty too. Also there's a Leon and a Natural Kitchen not too far from Regent's Park.
Not sure when you're visiting, but in November some cool ice rinks open at the Tower of London (the prettiest), Somerset House and the Natural History museum. I think the earliest one of them opens on 5th November. Hey also if you're here in November the UK yoga championships are on the 21st!
http://www.timeout.com/london/ is a great guide for things to do. You can register and they'll email you about the coming weekend.
Oh and also, it's all of a sudden become winter and got cold in the last week, so bring a jacket!
Hope you have FUN!!
