| my intentions are more to sublime, not even as much to find a lover, that might come secondary. Point is, I want to rewire my brain to withstand no sex, not to expect it and simply to get it off my mind, and "transmute" so I can use the energy for higher purposes when otherwise it would get in the way of my life and finding a girlfriend because I cannot seem to fulfill the desire or even find love when nobody wants to help.

| Do you know how harmful it is to over-masturbate, let alone emit (fill in the blank). It leaves very much to be desired, and is a waste of time, energy, and resources. I reserve it only for my "lengthening" practices, or at least try to. And I happen to think sometimes that it actually makes my woman of desire want me more though that might be open to debate.

Location: Oregon | There are a lot more people out there than you think who haven't had girl/boyfriends by a certain age. Easy to say in hindsight, of course. Around your age I gave up thinking about having a girlfriend, I just figured I wasn't supposed to have one. I didn't know sh!t about Yoga, but I let go of that desire. And then this amazing gal started chatting me up... |

| the pornography bit, ive had trouble with because I want to do jelq exercises which require stimulation, and without it ive had trouble doing it..
if only I could awaken the kundalini or something. or just do without it.
I don't really true to practice yoga a lot. I think it's ridden with a lot of analytic overlays, though some of it is quite good.
for now.. I think the 6th tibetan rite, or 'bent over uddiyana bandha' has helped. I will continue in my research of yoga though. Nauli looks good too.
