I liked the book named " myLife Framework: A model for a successful life based on principles of yoga". Most yoga literature either focuses on philosophy or the physical postures/health. This book attempts to summarize all the yoga knowledge and apply it practically in life. This book summarises the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, Parmhansa Yogananda and Saint Kabir. This book is available at Amazon.

I will surely read this book if I get the opportunity to do so. As far as browsing on the web is concerned, leranyogaathome.com is a good site. There are a lot of articles which make for pleasant reading.
