Hello. I generally do not eat much nuts and legumes nor flesh. Veggies yes, but not in the amount or need that it would amout to me getting proteins, so called. I've seen a lot of protien shakes/drinks but I've not always had success with those (upset stomach). A lot seems geared toward pro or interest focused on bodybuilding/weights etc. I've over 40 now and working well lady but still would like to better my health.

Proteins are organic compounds made of amino acids arranged in a linear chain and folded in a globular or fibrous. The proteins were first described by Johannes Gerhardus Mulder Dutch chemist and appointed by the Swedish chemist Jöns Jakob Berzelius in 1838. Proteins are composed of amino acids using information encoded in genes. Each protein has its own unique sequence of amino acids that is specified by the nucleotide sequence of the gene encoding this protein.

Today it has been researched that people need much less protein. Every plant contains protein in order to grow itself.
Too much protein will form acidity in the body system and in order to neutralize Ph, the body will use the internal minerals found in hair, nails, skin.
I would recommend not to worry about protein intake at all unless one is eating just cakes or totally cooked, fried food.
Fresh veggies, greens are the best source of healthy protein.

Your body can not keep a specific job uses a special protein molecule protein eating too much. For example, the body, the hemoglobin protein is used as part of the oxygen-carrying red blood cells in every part of the body. Other proteins has been used to build the heart muscle.

Yes, indeed. But people are focusing too much on protein these days.

Too much protein is aging the body fast.

Plant based food contains enough to stay fit, healthy and beautiful.

Too much protein, too many carbohydrates, too many sugars, too much fiber, too many minerals, too much of anything is unhealthy! Things that are good and necessary are almost always bad in excess.

A healthy diet is one of balance and moderation.

Yes, that is true.
The strange thing is that many people worry to eat enough protein.
Nobody scares to eat too less sugar

I think enough protein is important. It sustains our hunger and helps build (or maintain) muscle mass. I don't see anything wrong with non-animal protein powders as supplements.

No need to include protein shakes if you have a good, balanced diet. IMO they are only helpful if you are on the go a lot and don't have time to prepare or eat proper food. I know for me I'd much rather eat my protein in the form of eggs, chicken, lentils, fish and cottage cheese etc., rather than drink something with a very artificial protein-y flavour. :-)
