Subject: Which one suits you- Traditional or Active Meditation?

In the current scenario, doing meditation is becoming a common practice in order to attain both mental as well as physical relaxation. There are quite a few techniques through which one can learn and perform meditation. The oldest technique is the one in which the person performing it is suppose to take deep breaths and concentrate on incoming cold oxygen and the outgoing warm carbondioxide. After a while the learner forgets about all his worried and tensions and begin to experience relaxed mind. This is the state from your path to spirituality begins.

However, there are people who find it difficult to concentrate on their breath while sitting in a stationary position with their eyes closed. For such people modern technique of meditation designed by Osho called active meditation works perfectly as they are comparatively simpler to perform and allows the person to remain active throughout. It involves very interesting activities such as singing, dancing, clapping, laughing and even crying. One can learn active meditation techniques by joining group meditation course offered by Osho for his disciples. It is also possible to learn these meditation techniques at home though an online course made available by Oshodhara. So don’t waste your precious time and choose the technique which suits you more.
