Subject: Experience the mirth of life with active Meditation Techniques


Have you heard of active meditation of Osho? It is the most modern technique of meditation in which the learner is not just sitting in a stationary position and concentrating on his or her breath but he or she remains completely active while doing meditation. This is because sub techniques under active meditation are very interesting in nature and keeps the performer enthralled in them. If one of the techniques requires the person singing and dance with joy than other requires the person to laugh and cry. The principle behind every technique of Osho is to relieve the mind from unnecessary tension.

By performing this technique regularly one can prepare his or her mind to relax and remain stable in every kind of situation. A person with such a mind can better adopt spirituality in his or her life and no one can stop him from experiencing the mirth of life by being closer to god through active meditation.
