Subject: great course to take on the mind

i particpate in a course on understanding our minds from a yogic perspective. It is not western psychology. It is based on ancient eastern philosophies and practises. I rediscovered the course after taking the author's original course for 8 years. Along with meditation it has transformed my life. It is very cheap 12 dollars a month, is taken online and you can ask questions in his blog which I actively do.
go to www.truthofthepresentmoment.blogspot.com Right now he is offering the first two lessons for free. Why else would you not at least try it? In no way do I benefit financially for offering this. I just want to share with everyone a great opportunity.

Like I explain in my post I am not the writer nor do I in any way benefit financially from advocating it.

It's just a wonderful course on living in the present moment. Incredible perspective of life can be culled from it.
