hiya folks !

Just wanted to say hi as a sort of old but new face here.. I used to be a member here ages ago and then seemed to have lost/forgotten my password that, so figured i'd open a new account.

Im 23, in the UK and loving yoga. Ive practice on and off for years but then I spent the first 8 months of this year very ill and unable to do yoga. Just as the new terms were starting in september I got a clean bill of health So I had all that fun of going back to beginner (ya know it actually was fun) and learning my body all over again. After having such a time off from my practice and wishing i could do something - I have such an appreciation for what I can actually DO with my practice, rather than stressing about tight hamstrings which means my downward dog isnt looking 'ideal' yet. Im just happy my body is healthy and happy doing what it can do.

So hello again and ta for having me here

You do yarn spinning???? I recently was given a bunch of raw wool from a Cotswold sheep. My daughter has a friend who manages a farm that has only 1 of these guys. They had no where to give the wool to. It needs to be cleaned and I understand its a rather complicated thing due to the short hair. I want to make some yarn so I can make a scarf with it. Any advise?? I've never done this before but I have some instructions from a Canadian woman...I just don't know how to spin it.
