but im confuse whether im in right way?
practicing breath controlling 15-20 minute i become clam, my heartbeat get change fast to slow.
and after sometime i hardly recognize my heartbeat.because heartbeat get so tune with breath.
n after another 20 minute i feel some power is entering my middle of the head or sometime in between my eyes. it ache a little.n my hands get heavier n heavier as time pass by.but i hav no sense other part of my body.only my eyes start dancing.i guess eyes try to get open.but i try to keep it close.then everything start spinning like im blowing in some dark tunnel.

i dont practice meditation everyday.but when i practice i practice 1-2hours.
im very frustrated man.i meditate to get rid of frustration.

i need help about
1.some power entering my head and it ache a little /
2.heavier hand
3.dancing eyes

My input: Try to eliminate the way you are meditating as given below, and start fresh with a live teacher. Best luck.

NO. They are NOT common. And, they should not be common. And, they must be avoided.

Hi Sajib,

It is normal for your heart beat to slow down as you relax and breathe. Becoming a bit sweaty and impatient at first is also pretty common, and then your breath and heart tune in to each other.

I would suggest that you meditate for 15-20 minutes at a time. If you get a headache, and your eyes start dancing, take a break. Do some walking meditation or simply decide to meditate for 15-20 minutes a day on a regular basis instead of 1-2 hours once in a while.

Hi Sajib,
i' m new here, just like you.
My language is not english, so if i understood you wrong, i'm sorry.
I think that during meditation you are doing 1° pranayama and then you are sending energy to your top and 2° you are focusing on your mind and then it gets worse. Ypu are feeding and feeling the energy. But dont worry.
I think, just stop doing pranayama during meditation and don't concentrate on your self, think of nothing and if you can't do that concentrate on the beautiful see or a pretty landscape, to a God or something that you like, but not think of your self. Maybe concentration on your heart is also a good idea. You can try it if you want.

Sajib,

I think everyone at some point will probably have weird things start to happen to them during meditation. Energy moving in the body during meditation is not that unusual, but Kulkarnn is right in that you should look for a qualified meditation teacher. Long term effects of energy flying round the body are not necessarily good things.

The other thing I'd suggest is to meditate for shorter periods of time more regularly rather than nothing for a few days and suddenly 1-2 hours. Regular, diligent practise for short periods of 15-30 minutes is probably more stable and might be less scary.
