That's really nice, Neel. Really well done.
I have a CD that Ty Buroe produced of this invocation (Amy Impolite is his SO... what a couple!). Krishna Das sings on the CD and apparently helped John Friend develop this invocation for Anusara.
I have still not found many Anusara classes in my area. Then again, this is the style that instructs you to "blossom your buttocks" isn't it?

Not sure that I can .... imagine Down Dog and trying to internally rotate the thighs while separating the points of the pelvic bone...some thing like that. Another thought might be spread your cheeks, I guess?

| It's more about the spreading of the sitbones than the buttcheeks per se, but what do I know? I've never heard that instruction from any of the Anusara teachers I've taken class with.

... sitbones... and spreading them.... this is purely figurative, no? I hear this often, and it reminds me to pull certain muscles in the vicinity. But the sitbones themselves, they do not spread....unless, perhaps you are in labor?

| not sure what this has to do with the Invocation but just to calarify...
the Blossoming your buttocks is actually a "slang" for one of Anusara's universal principles of alignment known technically as Inner Spiral. What this action does is activates your inner thighs and strengthens and tones your outer hips and musculature around your lower back (amongst a variety of other benefits). The blossoming part came from the action of tipping the pelvis (sticking your butt out) to achieve the anatomically neutral lordosis in the lower back, which roots the femurs in the hip socket and stabilizes the in-step of the feet. (Not exactly in that order).
The complimentary principle to this is Outter Spiral that lengthens the tailbone down and brings more strength and stability to the entire form of the pose.
So technically, the blossoming of your buttocks serves you well in your practice!!
Try it! You'll be amazed at the freedom and stability achieved in your lower back.
