I deff agree with you. I have done diff types of yoga with movement. What I was getting at was that there is (in my opinion ) a big difference between Pilates and Yoga . There are so many mixed classes out there and it can become a little confusing for people with none or little experience to differentiate the two if not done properly and and at least exclusively a few times each. I have several students who have taken pilates/yoga classes but when they come to my class (strictly Pilates) they don't know the ab series or half of the begginer excersises even though they have been taking "Pilates for a year per say.
