| Found my username and password and can lg in as me again, not Theo. I posted a couple weeks ago how things were going great and that I was getting back into yoga and hoping to come here more. Then right after we discovered I have a damaged nerve in the back of my neck. I'm not even going to try to spell it at this hour in the morning, but it's the nerve that send pain messages to your brain. Mine decides to randomly send a 'funny bone' feeling through the back of my head. It's not as bad as it may sound. It happens more at work, that's how we figured out the cause of it. I weakened the nerve by keeping my head tilted down to read a book every day at work. It may be permanent, I have to go to a specialist when I get insurance in a month.
But the good news is, we know the cause and yoga postures do not affect it. So, I resumed yoga this week. I feel great after taking that time off I was starting to geel like a lump. Ifeel like I am in someone else's body after today's poses. So, looking forward to tomorrow, I call it my yoga day, that's when I have the most time and I can meditate.
So, how have you guys been? I will be lurking through, trying to catch up. |
