What is the purpose of this poll?

If one tells that they experienced Samadhi, would the next question be to Describe it? Samadhi experience can not be described it.

Only those who experience it frequently can inform others that such a state exists, and that is only for others to trust in order to practice towards it.

Samadhi state is beyond the mind and therefore, there is nothing another person can do for you.

So, why not rest in peace. That is the beginning of Samadhi state.

A better question shall be: How many of you feel Peaceful in General?

Peace

Once or twice there has been this extreme stillness that seems to originate in the third eye area where the consciousness is so still it becomes like a solid, and this solidity becomes a totality and has a nature of incomparable bliss. This nature of solidity has been mentioned by Nisargadatta and maybe also Ramana(?) which is why I mention that maybe this is glimpsing into a samadhi. My method in attempting to bring about stillness is with attention to kumbak, which is the natural expansion of the space between the breath (not controlling or holding, just watching) - this after mantra and pranayam.
