Subject: New, but I know what I want


I am new to Meditation, I workout 3 times a week, pratice martial arts/ fighting/ punching bag training 2 times a week. I am looking for a budisht form of concentration for purposes of becomming stronger concentration, mentally and emotionally, but I want it to be a disciplined form of the meditation. I have been searching but the ones I have found are not what I had in mind. I want to build a life style around but so far no luck when it comes to finding a pratice for me.
Any ideas on what I should look into?
