Subject: ?review of Manouso Manus DVDs


Has anyone used Manouso Manos' DVDs? I once rented V. 1, the VHS edition. I am wondering if he chaptered the DVD properly or if he re-did them. When I did it, I did not like the fact that you had to rewind the tape in order to do the second side of each asana.

I find his dvd's great. One can do them as if doing a class. His backbend one is especially good!
