... is very unrestful to my eyes- makes them jump around. Sorry to complain. Maybe I'll get used to it.

karmann - I am hoping it is some sort of glitch that will go away soon! I haven't been informed of any format change.

It appears to be some failure or corruption in the style sheet (CSS).
If it was a redesign it was poorly contrived.
Since the owner of the domain seems to have a technology background that would be surprising.
But Karmann is correct it is very unsettling to the eye.
