Did anyone watch the lunar eclipse last night? I thought it was pretty amazing, the moon looked like magic.

I would have but, of course being Britain, the weeks of clear nights we've had stopped last night and what wasn't clouded-off was fog-bound :-(

I saw the very, very tail end. It was unBritain-ish here and I would have had a perfect view if I hadn't been busy teaching...

In Dubai, I had a perfect view of the sun and a perfect view of the moon but they didn't seem very close to each other

Yay, Zoe and Karmann got to see the eclipse. I came back and saw three sad faces, and was starting to feel sad. Me and my husband were watching, and he said if we were superstitious people we would be very scared right now.

I did see one from beginning to end when I was about 13. Here's a happy face to go with that.
