I happened to have my laptop computer in the room with me while I did my practice recently. I didn't bother to close it when I turned out the lights for savasana and when the screen went dark, I knew it was time to get up. Very nice.

Shame on you! Those baby blues (greens/browns) are supposed to be closed contemplating your higher self not watching that monitor go to sleep.

Haha, it sure beats using the oven timer! I only tried that once.

When I've tried to time it, I lay there thinking about the timer! And when I don't time it, I sometimes doze off!

Bruce - the baby blues were closed. I could tell the light level in the room had gone down without opening them. Do I have a super power???
