| I think the yogic logic in that pose is you should move forward but keep your eye on where you've been. |

| Dear Ollie: Thanks for sharing this picture. She has done a great job. There are some important changes she needs to do in the poses before she moves Forward as BBB said, otherwise she will move Awkward later, I mean be injured. But, she is a great person, and I bow down to her and you.
