Subject: Siddha Yoga

I have been practising for 12 years. Its a great way to guide you on your spiritual life. It appeals greatly to me because its non-dogmatic. Nobody's ever telling you this is the way it has to be. No rigid rules. It does have a Guru which freaked me out in the beginning but now with expanded understanding I am okay with it.

Before Siddha yoga I suffered from life anxiety and wondered what the purpose of my life is. I feel like I found "home" when I found Siddha Yoga.

Has anyone else ever come across it. Please understand I am not here to argue for the virtues of Siddha yoga. If you have no idea what it is please refrain from making any negative comments.

Well, I guess it is just normal for the beginners, its just a matter of adjustment.
