Subject: I need advice!

Hey everyone!
I just joined the site. I have been practicing meditation for a couple months now and just recently began practicing yoga. I still am not sure if my meditaton techniques are correct and I have been following a yoga for beginners dvd. My main concern is my meditation because I want to make it a routine in my every day life. As of now I have been using mala beads and reciting a mantra that was suggested to me by a buddhist meditation instructor but feel as though I have not furthered in my meditation since the day I began. What other techniques are used? or can anyway share some advice or changes I should make?

Hi Rae,
Welcome to Meditation, your life will never be the same again. Don't worry too much about which technique, just trust your intuition and follow your heart. Pray to the Source and ask guidance from your I Am Presence will help.

Meditation is about connecting yourself to The Source, as long as you feel comfortable and full of Pure Unconditional Love while meditating, you are doing it right
