fair trade, small gourd Owl ornament (she collects owls)
locally made fun socks (they don't match, i love them!)
locally made loose tea and tea ball
10 personalized writing cards and envelopes (i'll stamp them today!)

shortbread cookies

Maggie Gyllenhaal has teamed up with Trickle Up, a poverty alleviation organization that gives people living on less than $1 a day seed money to launch their own businesses, while providing business training and support. They focus primairly on women.

The $100 donation goes directly towards helping small entrepreneurs (many of them women) in Africa, Latin America and Asia take the first steps out of poverty and start their own small business.
