| Your signature says 'no gain no pain'. But, in Meditation 'no gain if pain'. For meditation,
- any posture which is stable and comfortable (no pain) is good. There is NO other rule.
- for mantras, use my 'chanting workshop audios or videos'.
Best Luck

| Dear Madhav: I mean no offense to you. But, if you read your two posts above:
you say that following instructions on internet can be disastrous. and, also you tell the OP to write to you to get instructions.
That is contradictory.
Also, your statements about audio/video/etc. are only partially correct. They might apply to one product and not to another. |

| Hi,
the important thing is to choose the most comfortable posture to you, (even it's sitting on a chair), dont worry to much about what you read from any book. Do not limit yourself with postures and other "rituals". Meditation is about connecting and experiencing your "oneness" with She Source.
The same with Mantras, pick the one you feel most comfortable with or no mantras at all if you dont feel comfortable with it.
regards,
alex |
