Subject: Iyengar Yoga by Kofi Busia

Does anyone have the book that came out last month by Kofi Busia with different teachers writing their thoughts and tributes to BKS Iyengar?

It's the tribute book they made for the Yogacharya Festival.

is it worth getting?

it's a must! essays written by renowned yoga teachers(not only iyengar) walden, yee, rea, john friend, joan white, john schumacher, manuso manos, richard miller and many others. they write about how their yoga, lives have been impacted by bks. a great read. for me, it humanised the man.

kofi writes a few words at the beginning of each essay. he also signed my book. if you ever get the chance to attend one of his classes, please do. he interweaves yoga and life so brilliantly as he teaches.

so yes, get the book. proceeds go to bks' project for his village in india...
