Made me see clearly that just as there is a lot of darkness in the world, so there is light...

Hi Jonnie,
It is a long one. Yes, he talks about TM in this . I think it's good , whatever system or practice, that the benefits of meditation spread, and the general wish for peace.
I like how you are always open.
