All,

Well, I have been proudly displaying Swamji's picture as my avatar while he was in Vrschikasana for quite some time now, I figured it was time to change it to a pic of myself doing the same..............

It has taken quite awhile to get to this point........ it is so true, when it is spoken about the journey and not the destination......

what I like about working on a difficult asana is that two or three more open right up also..........

someday I will come to Virginia and learn from you.......
