Yes, often these issues are related to something psychological, rather than any sort of physical problem. Yoga's good for dealing with either, and I'd recommend meditation for figuring out what the issue is. Just listening to what you're doing should be good for figuring this sort of thing out. |

| I would look for the root of the the lack of control, I'm sure it can be traced back it how you are reacting to sexual arousals when they are happening over a long period of time. Look at your mind and what it is doing, you must realize your thoughts when you are having the problematic experience. I recommend just "being" there in the moment with no thought and this will most probably work for you to over come this problem. Easier said than done of course so my advise is to take up yoga full time...not just asana the whole nine yards with a large dash of self inquiry. I believe anyone who begins on the path of yoga seriously ....and by yoga i mean union, these sort of problems will work out themselves.
