Subject: Ayurveda Retreat Open Evening

Hi there, We're holding another open evening on Tuesday 3rd July between 4pm and 8pm and would like to invite anyone who would like to know more about Ayurveda, our holistic health consultations, our ayurvedic theraputic massage treatments or any of our yoga classes.

You can meet our friendly therapists and our Ayurvedic consultant Dr Duggal. Dr Duggal has a very interesting background for an Ayurvedic consultant as she originally trained and qualified as a conventional MD and Psychiatrist but she crossed over when she discovered Ayurveda was the way forward!

email info@ayurveda-retreat.co.uk or pop into our centre at 32 Friar Street, Reading on the day.

Refreshments and FREE mini-massage treatments will also be available.
