I find that in our culture we are so fixated on 'feeling good'...we even use asana in the mad rush to 'feel good'.
It's interesting to see how one can become addicted to feeling good through asana, and be only happy when the body feels good. Nothing wrong with feeling good, but the attachment to it can cause suffering.
Here's a doc on the other extreme, which I understand, to let go of identifying with the body, and comforts. Many ways...many paths to freedom from identification with the body/ mind as who we are.

I'm going to appear really ignorant now, but I always assumed that Angora was a type of sheep.

ah, the long-haired path to enlightenment.

bunnies are so cute. i had an angora for a time. he was adoreable. he was still a baby when he passed, so his face-hair hadn't grown in.
