As for diet, it definitely helps, we have our eldest on a gluten free, additive free, caesin free organic diet. The rest of us eat additive free organic food. It does help but does not completely remove the adhd symptoms but then his official diagnosis is severe ADHD coupled with Aspergers syndrome so no one thing will work a miracle.

My son and his dad follow a see food and unfortunately it's me that has to follow an exclusion diet what I do eat is pure and fresh.
What's caesin I haven't heard of that

Hi Jaded Caesin is one of the milk proteins which can have an opiate like effect in some people with autistic spectrum disorders due to lack of absorbtion in the gut (according to research by the autistic reasearch unit of sunderland university) the whole thing is discussed in their paper "the autism protocol". Hope that makes some sense
