We've got a Jelly Bean dispenser here at work, and I've been finding myself eating more than I probably should, and thinking about why. When you look at them, Jelly Beans (particulary these which are about Jelly Belly size) are about the size and shape of berries. The taste, and crunch is similar to.

So, are a lot of candies really just denatured versions of more healthy food? Should I really be looking to get some blue berries or something instead?

Hey GJ: Do not let me look down. Jelly beans and blueberries. They are different in every aspect including price.
