No. All the injured ones shall be sent to Nick and dmbones. How do you know that plan? Is one of us being disloyal?

My body and mind responded to yoga and I wanted to share this with other people.

My instructor was going on a retreat for 3 weeks in Costa Rica and they needed a substitute for the class. He asked me if I wanted to teach his class while he was on the retreat. I scribble some notes and stick figure drawings together and jumped right in.

I knew no sanskirt, no anatomy, no sequence, no chants, no adjustments, and I don't even think I had my own yoga mat.

But, to be perfectly honest, I feel like I was born to do this. It feels very natural. Compassion, teaching, patience, truth, cleaniness, discipline, self control, etc are all things that I practiced anyway before yoga.

Certainly seems to be posting in moderation. I'm practically calling him out, and I'm not seeing anything. Maybe he's scared?!?!?!? j/k ;)

BBB and scared? ha ha ha. Then, you do not know BBB at all. Wait and see. He posts in moderation, but when he posts, it is more effective than anyone else. He is the moderator!

I think Bruce is keeping quiet as a special tactic to un-nerve his opponents. Either that or he is sitting around trying out who to vote for in Dancing with the Stars
