| poses to create or reverse muscles spasms and atrophy?
it seems to me that this would be more an issue of cultivating proper action in poses and movements, as opposed to specific poses.
but yeah, where?

| No, no injury here, I'm a student teacher in training and trying to prepare myaelf for any possibility, so I can advise my students correctly. |

| I don't think there can be a general reply to this, though you could try asking your mentors and see what they say. If a student of mine had, for example, lower back spasms, they would get a series of restful poses with lots of props and sand bags or maybe no yoga at all. If they were rehabbing a broken arm, they would work along with the class in everything except perhaps things that bear weight on the arms, and even then, it would be individual. |

what are some good poses for muscle spasms and atrophy?
Poses that are good are the ones which are taught by a private experienced Yoga Instructor, because:
it depends on which muscles
it depends on your daily routines
it depends on your appearance and condition of various parts of your body
ETC. |

| Circles
start small work to large and incorporate breathing
There, done.

| groovelight: I was not smart enough to read your second posting that the question you asked is not for your own injury. So, please discard my answer. |
