Practice yoga on land to enhance your scuba diving

In this workshop, you will learn simple yoga practices you can do on land to improve your diving. Here’s what’s in it for you:
* Improve your balance and stability
* Build core strength to protect your back when carrying tanks and weight on your back
* Build abdominal strength necessary to twist and maneuver under water
* Strengthen your legs and hips for those fun walks down to the water in full gear
* Strengthen hips and legs to improve your finning
* Increase hip flexibility to improve your frog kicks
* Learn pre-dive stretches you can do on the boat
* Learn post-dive stretch routines to relax your muscles after a long day of diving
* Increase your lung capacity with deep breathing exercises
* Learn to breathe calmly and steadily during physical exertion
* Learn visualization techniques to relax yourself before a difficult dive
* Get personal advice and guidance for choosing a yoga style that suits your needs, creating a home practice, and other questions you may have
