HI Suzanne - we have had a lot of discussion about this topic. Do a search and take a look around if you are interested. Are you practicing yoga as well?

Hi and Thank you for answering. I bought a sticky mat and a Rodney Yee beginners DVD and planned to hit the floor today. I have done a tiny bit of Yoga over the years but never made it a daily practice. Each time I have felt incredible benefits doing it -but somehow managed to talk myself out of it. Amazing I could get away with that as many of my circle of friends are either Yoga teachers or regular practitioners. Even one of them was in Iyengar's first class of American teachers (students).

Sorry to be pushy. But, Jonathan, since you are my friend, I must state this: Please do not do any master cleansing. It is not cleansing. It is actually a poisoning you. It gives a temporary feeling of wellness at the cost of vitality. We can talk about this stuff one day.

I used the upper left hand search button on "master cleansing" with a one year time and got lots of hits. The one under the Bikram heading has a lot of discussion.

yes Tourist, your right!! I didn't alter the searching date from 'since last log in', so it only found my last post

Thank you for the advice Neel, you know that I greatly value your opinion.
