continue to eat the right amount of fat from good sources (15-30% calories from fat), eat the right amount of calories overall from high quality food sources, get enough rest and exericse--and that'll do ya.

Replace dinner or lunch with beans and rice,

Replace breakfast with old fashioned Oatmeal with freshly ground flaxseed and a smidgen of honey.

Exercise everyday, even if it's just a little bit.

Stop thinking self-defeating thoughts, replace negative thoughts with Positive thoughts.

Wear PURPLE, get a Purple yoga mat.

Purple is a very positive color, use purple around the house.

Get enough rest.

Stop watching TV.

Come mow my lawn, and tend to my garden.

There, that will help you cut the fat and tone up, and help me as well

Hi,
Steve's lawn is the new holy grail!! Mow, and ye shall become closer to Steven! Get in those fruit and veggies, and you are on the road to salvation-well, if you don't leave straggly bits on that lawn.

Hi Steve, are you still watching those Barney videos? Doing the Hokey Pokey can get pretty toning.
