Subject: Yoga & Pranayama for Diabetes


Namaskar,

Diabetics should consider practicing asanas like Mandukasana type 1 & 2 , Kurmasana (Koormasana) & Ardha-Matsyendrasana along with Pranayamas like Kapalbhati & Anulom-Vilom (Anuloma – Viloma) .

Instructions for these asanas and pranayamas can be found on the internet, try to get as much information as possible as you'll be benefitted only by doing, especially the pranayamas, correctly.

As for Mandukasana & Kurmasana the style of doing them may differ, one should practice the particular styles wherein you are required to sit in Vajrasana.
