Yoga and Meditation both are very beneficial for our body. Meditation increases our concentration power and Yoga keep our body fit. I think every person need to do yoga and meditation regularly.

Practicing a silent mind is another step in studying how to meditate for beginners. Although it is difficult to achieve a silent mind, the experience of having it is one of the most powerful energy that the body could get. When we speak about exercise there are so many elements like – gym, aerobics, sports, etc. However, Yoga still is ruling the world. This concept has been embraced world over. Having its root in India, this form of exercise is now recognized world over. People in different parts of eth world enroll themselves for yoga training programs and Yoga retreats.
There is a reason why this art has been recognized. Meditation and Yoga, unlike exercise not just leas to building biceps but it actually strengthens your body and mind. It refreshes and relaxes your body. It relieves you from the daily stress and strain in your life. It not makes you push your body hard like in you need to in gym. It strengthens the body by improving the immune system of an individual and when you are healthy inside you look healthy outside.
