Subject: personal instruction

My session was amazing. You really do learn alot more from a personal session. My teacher was really able to help me become aware of what my body was doing in each pose. She was also able to shoe me different poses for my anxiety. Simple really but very important. I think if I can afford it I will try for one personal session a month. It was nice to be in a situation where I could ask her specific questions and not interupt everyone elses practice. Has anyone else had personal instruction? What was it like for you?
