Subject: Instructors----survey!!!

I am surveying instructors for a course that I am taking.

There are only 4 questions, if you could take the time, please.

Thanks,
Andrew

Few good choices in yoga clothing for guys--especially guys who aren't stick thin.

Those percentages kill me too--I have to think! A real eye opening questionaire. There seem to be more men coming to yoga classes! I would like to see more male instructors Just because you are on a diet doesn't mean you can't look at the menu.

Go to Kohls or other department store, & get some stretchy jammy bottoms.

If long pants, cut them off to capri length - short enough not to be a little cool, but long enough to get some traction between sweaty arms & legs in bakasana & variations.

Sew up the fly to avoid showing off (this isn't difficult).

Or buy jammy shorts, whip stitch the fly, & run a 1/4" or 3/8" bead of elastic thru the leg seam. I use a 22" long piece of elastic, & overlap it 1.5" to sew it together, but just put the short on & measure around the leg & then add an inch or so.

Viola!!! You now have spent $10 and some time, and made $60 yoga bloomers :-).

And they are cool designs :-).
