Subject: hot yoga


I have a private that is interested in doing hot yoga in there home.. what do you think is needed.. the room is probally about 15 x 20 in size.. you think one space heater is enough and do i need a humidifier?

Do a search on the Bikram forum...this topic has come up at least 4 times this year. Every room is different, perhaps you should play around with it to see. Like for instance, get a thermometer with a humidity reading and adjust it accordingly. If the room is open with space and tall ceilings, you will need more heaters and allow more time to heat. It also depends upon the insulation too.

Also, some good tall and wide mirrors will greatly help.
