Subject: holotropic breathwork?
has anyone hear embarked on this particular journey? I just got back from what I thought was going to be a pranayama class- but that's not what is was! whew! what a wild experience...just.. i can't even begin to explain it. anyone know what i'm talking about out there?

I googled holotropic breathwork yesterday and went to their website. It was a little bit interesting but I didn't feel like I got a lot of info from the website.

hey everyone, thanks for responding
yeah- that lack of info/general information is rather fustrating. I went in to that.. er.."session" not expecting what i got, and i'd love to share/discuss with someone who has been through it. I have found some possible forums on tribe.net.. we'll see! in the meantime, should anyone venture to try it, feel free to come on back here!
